Missing Person: Gracie Helen Huggins, Female, Native Place: Texas, Date of Birth: 11/17/1937, Huggins was last seen picking flowers on March 9, 2000, along Texas 30 near the Brazos County-Grimes County line. She was reported missing by her husband, Jim Huggins, on March 12.According to police, Huggins left her Buffalo home in the early morning hours of March 9, driving a white four-door Chevrolet Corsica.A few hours later, she reportedly was seen at almost the same time in two different places: at the home of a friend in Mexia and at the home of a woman near Iola who did not know Huggins. Police said both reports were credible.Her car was seen later that day parked alongside Texas 30, where she was spotted picking flowers. Huggins purse, Bible, medicine and some freshly picked flowers were found inside the Corsica.
